By purchasing from our online store, you agree to the following terms and conditions of our refunds and returns. Please note that this does not apply to goods that are faulty or dead on arrival.
- Claims will not be recognised if not made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods.

- Postage is to be paid for by the customer (excludes faulty goods).
- Goods returned will be subject to a handling charge of 25%.
- Goods specifically made or specially purchased and not a regular stock item will not be accepted as a return for credit.
- Our trading hours are Monday - Thursday 9AM to 4PM AEST and Friday 9AM to 12 Noon AEST. We are not open Australian Public Holidays.
